May+Watkins created Signature Sculptures for the two entrances to these adjacent parks. Each was based on the name of the park and dominant flora. The sculptures were intended to be markers for the entrances and also provide photo opportunities.

Extensive work with the community including many reviews to develop the concept and design, narrative statements, concept sketches, sketch models, final models, plans, elevations, construction drawings and fabrication of entrance sculptures.
