This evocative exhibit tells a big story encompassing the largest battle of the American Revolutionary War, which was fought in Brooklyn in August 1776, and its impact on the families that lived in and around the Old Stone House through the occupation of New York.

Each exhibit area in this dramatic interpretive environment has internal miniature displays, or digital interactives that augment the visitor experience, as well as a hands on strategy game that allows visitors to “take the hill”.
