The University at Florida and Art and State Buildings (a percent for Art program) commissioned Connections for the newly renovated Newell Hall campus. Designed to reflect the connectivity between students and the synapses of ideas, seven individual steel stems grow upward toward one another. Blue glass disks at their intersecting points, create a delicate web of connections.

Services Provided

Narrative statements, concept sketches, sketch models, final models, plans, elevations, construction drawings, preliminary engineering drawings, fabrication and installation.
